Bring community to your neighborhood

Biggest real estate opportunity of our time

Sundar, born in 1989 as a single tenant sale-leaseback company, is ready for a new chapter. The times demand a new direction

We must provide a space for reestablishing human connection as an essential part of everyday life

A new kind of community

This is the story of the Piazza as a culture and the Piazza as a living built-environment; how the architecture of the Piazza shapes the culture and how the culture shapes us.

Inspired by historic city centers that have thrived for generations, we are creating walkable, interconnected communities that bring people together — seamlessly blending homes, shops, workplaces, and public spaces into one vibrant hub

We are living through one of the greatest transformations in human history — a shift that has been fueled by a crisis of loneliness, driven in part by the rise of the internet-based, modern lifestyle.

This moment presents not only a profound challenge, but also a rare opportunity: to create entirely new asset classes designed to foster a Culture of Connection — places that restore human interaction, rebuild community, and meet the deeper needs of modern life.

“Imagine a place where the needs of the community are met through design that includes walkability, human-scaled multi-generational meeting places, inspired by traditional European city centers, where everything a person might need is available within easy walking distance. That place is the essence of Being Together.”

Acquisition Criteria

We are seeking properties with the scale and location to anchor a new era of human-centered development — real estate capable of supporting transformational shifts in culture, behavior, and community life. Our concept is fully developed and ready to execute and we are actively acquiring sites across the United States.

We are ready to purchase for our 2025 Closings

We are actively seeking 2 — 25 acre properties in dense suburban or near-suburban markets, primarily in regions with moderate climates. Target assets include:

  • Commercial or mixed-use sites with residential potential

  • Land adjacent to existing shopping centers, malls, or big-box stores with partial vacancies or obsolescence

  • Underperforming or distressed properties, including those with leasing challenges

  • Vacant college campuses, office parks, or movie theater sites

The Ideal City — a vision centuries in the making — can now be brought to life.

For the first time, it is possible to create a place where the highest expressions of human culture shape an Architecture of Connection: a place to gather, to see and be seen, and to live in ways that strengthen community and purpose. Within one unified design and culture, the defining challenges of our time — loneliness, climate change, and longevity — find the context, infrastructure, and human fabric needed to be meaningfully addressed.
